CitrusMobile provides international eSIM data services for travelers. Our services include:

  • Digital eSIM profiles for mobile data connectivity
  • Data plans for 200+ countries worldwide
  • Customer support and technical assistance
  • Account management and purchase history

3. Device Compatibility

Our eSIM services require compatible devices. It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM technology before purchasing. We provide general compatibility information, but device support may vary by carrier and region.

4. Data-Only Service

Our eSIM plans provide data connectivity only. Voice calls and SMS are not included. You can use internet-based applications for communication over your data connection.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete payment information
  • Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
  • Pay applicable taxes and fees
  • Accept that prices are subject to change without notice

6. Service Activation and Usage

eSIM activation typically occurs within minutes of purchase. Service validity periods begin upon first network connection in your destination country. Data allowances are as specified in your chosen plan and cannot be carried over between plans.

7. Fair Usage Policy

Our services are intended for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or excessive usage that may affect network performance is prohibited. We reserve the right to limit or suspend service for violations of this policy.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are available for unused, unactivated eSIM plans within a reasonable timeframe. Once a plan is activated or data is consumed, it cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for detailed terms and conditions.

9. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Specific data speeds or network performance
  • Coverage in all locations within supported countries
  • Compatibility with all devices or carriers

  • Illegal activities or violations of local laws
  • Spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities
  • Commercial resale or redistribution
  • Circumventing network security or access controls

11. Limitation of Liability

CitrusMobile's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or other reasonable causes. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
